A musician's apprenticeship is mainly spent studying music theory and instrumental technique with their teacher. But there's one aspect of music teaching that's often overlooked: getting to know your instrument. That's why I'm offering you the chance to learn more about your instrument at our training courses for musicians.

Training courses for culture, lutherie and sound
The musician training courses are designed for groups of people wishing to strengthen their ties with their instrument. They will discover in a playful way how their violin, viola, cello or double bass was built. They'll also learn how sound is produced and what principles affect their tone.
It will also be a question of raising public awareness of the health of the instrument. That's why I'll be demonstrating how to assemble, adjust and maintain your instrument. In other words, knowing what you can do yourself and what is best left to an experienced luthier.
These workshops are open to musicians and the curious of all ages. They can also be given on the road to classes or groups.
