As you'd expect, these strings are based on amonofilament steel core wound with an aluminum or chromed steel ribbon. They have a very long life and their sound will take a long time to dull.

Then, from a timbre point of view, it's full of clarity, very bright and with great volume.

They are only available in a single voltage, but you can also find them in smaller sizes up to 1/32.

Above all, these strings are the most affordable from the German brand, offering access to top-quality strings on a more limited budget. What's more, they are available in a wide range of sizes and will be the study strings of many a beginner.

However, if you want a more interesting sound, I'd still advise you to opt for synthetic core strings. They'll be much more comfortable to play, both for the fingers and for their timbre, which will be much warmer.
