Characteristics of a Passion-Tradition Artisan quinton

Ever dreamed of getting a real viola sound from your violin? It's finally possible, thanks to the addition of a fifth string corresponding to the C of the viola. As well as adding a lower fifth, it's a real combination of two instruments whose full potential can be exploited.

The Quinton is really closer in size to a violin than a viola. In fact, the width of the fingerboard is only slightly increased to accommodate the new string. As a result, the violinist will adapt very easily to this new neck.

Quintons are special orders and are made only on request. The average order time will usually be one quarter, but it is also possible that it is already available. Please contact me for exact lead times.
