Best wishes for 2021

As we gradually enter this new year, I wanted to send you my best wishes for 2021. It's the perfect time to take a first optimistic step on this new journey around the sun. By the way, I'm also going to tell you about the last few months we've spent together, and how I've lived 2020 by your side. Finally, I'm also going to tell you about what's on the horizon, about these projects, the surprises and a whole heap of new things.

Best wishes for 2021

First of all, I'd like to wish you lots of happiness, success and music in the months ahead. Likewise, I hope you've made some good resolutions and that you'll manage to keep them for as long as possible, maybe even find some new ones along the way. I've deliberately left out the subject of COVID-19, as I think we've all heard enough about it. However, I'd like to wish you all the best of health, for a healthy mindin a healthy body... Because I'm all-inclusive during this Christian holiday season.

Best wishes for 2021 from Guillaume KESSLER
Last thought for this place I left on December 1st.

As for my resolutions, I've once again re-launched my annual goals with a gusto that's out of all proportion:

  • First of all, I want to get comfortable with Korean, by practicing every day. So I'm going to start by watching countless dramas and listening to Black Pink.
  • Then I have to find the strength to get back into running and integrate this into my lifestyle. So I'm going to have to find some new running shoes after piercing these with my penknife to make this article.
  • Finally, I'd like to get back to creating content for this blog, in photos and videos. And that's no piece of cake.

I'm going to try and stick to it anyway, now that this time gulf called "moving" is behind me.

Events in 2020

If you've been following the blog and social networks, you may already know a lot about it(plus you've lived it too). Indeed, 2020 was a rather unpredictable yet interesting year. For some, I imagine it was catastrophic, and I sympathize. However, for me, it represented many major changes, and I think it's been fantastic despite all the challenges.

First of all, this was my first year as a company, which was an ordeal in itself. So I had a lot of adaptations and changes to make, purely administrative... That's why, perhaps, the relative calm we all experienced in the spring was a good time to reflect, organize and prepare.

Then it was on to Korea, where a lot has been happening for just over a year now. In particular, I touched on quarantine in this article.

After my return, there were many twists and turns in moving my workshop. Several months of ups and downs led me to move my workbenches into the new studio in December. This is my third studio since moving to Strasbourg. It's not only the most spacious, brightest and best-located studio I've ever worked in. As I write, I'm still working on its meticulous layout.

I'd like to take this opportunity to close this year by thanking all of you, customers near and far, partners new and old, and all those who have given me the strength to carry on thanks to your many, many supporters.

Blog review

Best wishes for 2021 - blog
Visitor growth over the years.

Continuing with the news that's of interest only to me: I wanted to let you know how the blog has evolved. Indeed, when I first started this one seriously, a few years ago, I was quite surprised to see the several dozen daily visitors.

Today, there are almost 500 visitors a day who visit my site, contribute, communicate with me or visit my workshop. That's quite incredible, and I must thank you for your interest.

I've had a hard time creating more content lately, due to a lack of availability. However, that may change in 2021, and I can't wait to get back to my keyboard.

Indeed, a new page is being turned and many things are about to change.

A fascinating year ahead

As I told you, 2021 is going to be an incredible year. At least, that's what I want it to look like, thanks to the projects I have in mind. I plan to unveil them one by one, as the months go by.

First of all, this new workshop is incredible, and even if some of you have already had a chance to visit it, I really want to finish installing and fitting it out(it's going to take some time) so that you can discover it for yourselves.

After that, I won't be alone in the workshop. I've assembled a veritable dream team to assist me on a daily basis. I can't wait to introduce them to you.

Finally, I don't even dare tell you about the adventures that are planned, because even I find it hard to realize! Here too, you'll be the first to know if you subscribe to our social networks, our newsletter and follow our articles.

Once again, best wishes for 2021, and let's make it an incredible year for all of us!

Best wishes for 2021
